I have more than 25 years of experience in employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State of Georgia. During this time, I developed many partnerships with local employers and served on several community boards and committees which led to job creation for people with disabilities. Currently I am a National Consultant for Project SEARCH and assists employers, schools, community rehabilitation agencies, and funding agencies with the development of new internship programs in 5 southern states.
