With over 33 years of experience in information technology, technology risk, cyber security, resiliency, business continuity, consulting, and physical security, I have built and implemented three separate multi-year information security programs based on ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, and CIS standards, and have extensive knowledge of various regulatory and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, CCPA, GLBA, CJIS, NYDFS, and SEC; I started my security career as a Tactical CISO, moved into a Transformational CISO role, then Customer Facing CISO advisor and now at RKT serving as a blend of Regulatory, Transformational and Operational CISO; I have a passion for building amazing products and companies, and I serve on the board of directors for multiple startup organizations. I have earned the Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert credentials, which demonstrates my ability to provide strategic guidance and oversight on technology matters to boards and executive leadership.
