The immense love for all living creatures, the constant search for true justice, the fight against all forms of animal cruelty, the love for the nature, the passionate interest in the wellness of my own body and spirit have given rise to a change in my mind, so everything has started by a very personal learning experience, that I decided to share.I do not see life in black and white but in shades of Purple, the color of my passion, being in my company will begin to see all around you the same way.There are too many aseptic environments around the web, too many cooking sites that having profited for years with recipes based on animal cruelty are now trying to take consents making vegan recipes.The human being is distinguished by his soul, and here you can feel the warmth of my soul in every single recipe.A long journey, the beginning…I started 10 years ago as a vegetarian, after seeing the horrors of factory farming.The substantial difference between vegetarians and vegans is that the Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or poultry. Vegans, in addition to being vegetarian, do not use other animal products and by-products such as eggs, dairy products, honey, leather, fur, silk, wool, cosmetics, and soaps derived from animal products.Many people have asked me why I decided to become vegan.I reply that is my own ethical concept. It’s for my immense love to all animals that I choose this lifestyle to promote a more humane and caring world.Maybe I’m not perfect, and certainly my thoughts will not be shared by others, but I believe to have a responsibility to try to do my best to improve our world, to make life better for everyone (both humans and animals) without cruelty, abuse and massacres.In any cases, many people choose to be vegan for health, environmental, and/or ethical reasons (like me). Personally, I don’t accept to promote the meat industry by consuming eggs and dairy products.
