CurrentMarketing role that partners across Sales, Marketing and IT to drive transformational lead management initiatives that align stakeholders around how data is leveraged, technology and automation to streamline Sales and Marketing processes to deliver greater efficiencies and effectiveness in acquiring and retaining Partners.Key responsibilities:-Deliver relevant and increasingly personalized experiences for Mutual Funds, Retirement Solutions and Life- focusing on the full experience of the Nationwide Sales team and the end target -Lead the work to partner with Marketing and Sales across Mutual Funds, Life and Retirement Solutions to redefine business process and leverage new capabilities, which has driven increases in partner engagement and improved speed to market by 50%-Lead the development of partner experience strategies focused on driving shared Marketing and Sales outcomes for the Mutual Funds, Retirement Solutions and Life business lines-Co-lead the Retirement Solutions PEP Transition project, including strategy and planning for future Salesforce sales user processes-Consult on audience strategy and mange audience segmentation and activation in partnership with CPM and OCA teams-Plan/conduct learning sessions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot strategy and best practices-Own the delivery and integration of an event activation platform to support key firm relationships
