Provided supervision for environmental engineering and watershed management planning efforts for the County. Engineering supervision responsibilities included; local sponsor lead for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Aliso Creek Restoration Feasibility Study to determine Federal interest in an environmental creek restoration and infrastructure protection project, supervision of post project monitoring program for USACE Upper Newport Bay dredging project, project management and investigation of water quality issues at Baby Beach, supervision of operations for two urban runoff ultra-violet treatment facilities, and supervision of technical support staff for County Water Quality Management Plans. Watershed management planning responsibilities included; Integrated Regional Watershed Management Planning, grant technical support to agencies within Orange County, supervision of a Countywide Stormwater Resource Plan, supervision of grant management activities for Proposition 1 grants, and County lead representative to the San Juan Basin Authority San Juan Creek Watershed project.

Duties included design of environmental and capital improvement projects, project management, environmental permitting, contract management, and construction support for multiple projects including; flood control channels, storm drains, sheet pile levee protection, Class One bikeway, environmental mitigation, debris boom, and cathodic protection projects.
