Strategic and Corporate Development team member. Responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet Axion’s strategic goals for business and organizational growth through matrixed teams. Operate as a highly visible ambassador for the organization's products, brand and business strategy. Identify, cultivate and nurture relationships with KOLs, industry leaders and senior executives. Liaise with internal field and commercial teams to build brand awareness and increase demand for our solutions. Identify strategic opportunities to grow business and customer base. Manage business partnerships and collaborations. Participate in competitor benchmarking, industry intelligence and consumer knowledge activities. Assist with potential partnership deals and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Support all aspects of Axion’s scientific areas strategies, specifically focusing on biotech/biopharma immuno-oncology (IO), immunotherapy and cell & gene therapy (CGT) business development globally. Establish trusted multi-level client relationships to drive discussions to support their strategic objectives.

Build commercial relationships with external organizations, researchers and scientific thought leaders to expand Axion’s market share in the Immuno-Oncology (IO) and Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT). Support all aspects of the North American IO and CGT-focused business. Generate new business with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to provide insights and market information to the technical teams to support continuous business improvement.

Provide strategic forecasting and technical guidance to our local, national and global customer base. Review and analyze quality control processes. Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert. Develop protocols and procedures to shorten timelines for deliverables. Lead and participate in matrix environment teams to meet company business needs. Utilize high-level initiative to complete projects and assignments. Assist customers with efficiently instituting tech transfer from R&D to clinical applications that meet regulatory guidelines.

Supply MACSQuant® Analyzer and other cell analysis product support for R & D and clinical flow cytometry applications. Independently provide product demonstrations and technical seminars or in collaboration with the Miltenyi technical sales team. Operate training workshops for academic, clinical and biotech laboratories to assist with improving workflow efficiencies that saves time and resources.
