Lead one of Solectron Penang plant for all outgoing & in-process Quality Assurance.Enhance on Continuous Improvement especially in Quality.Manage a team of Quality Personnel that include QA Manager, Asst. QA Manager, Staff Engineers and etc to achieve Quality Goal. Total headcount: 22 IDL and 140 DL.Establish Quality Indicators and guide the team to achieve the goal.Maintain and implement Quality System in plant that include ISO 9001, ISO 14000, TL9000, ESD requirement, Lead Free requirement and etc.Customers’ focal point for any quality enhancement. Interface with customers during plant visit, quality audit and others. Total 9 customers within my areas.Work closely with SQM (Supplier Quality Manager) to improve suppliers quality:• Supplier score card• Supplier audit program• VCAR (Vendor Corrective Actions Report)
