Performs a variety of administrative support services which include: maintaining calendars; reserving rooms for meetings and producing meeting notes; building, maintaining, and distributing a weekly announcement to all staff; assisting analysts with uploading information in Examination Certification Online System (ECOS); reproducing recruitment flyers and materials. The incumbent must possess excellent work habits such as, good attendance, punctuality, dependability, and accuracy of work; interact effectively with co-workers, management, and the public; handle assigned tasks independently or with moderate supervision; take initiative to identify and resolve issues within their span of authority; work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Performs typing duties such as typing reports, letters, and memorandums, as assigned. Applies appropriate routing slips and templates for all written assignments. Serves as a back up front desk receptionist and reviews, sorts, and dates incoming mail and inserts into the mailbox of the proper staff. Processes outgoing mail, assists with printing, folding, and sending out notices; assists staff with updating manuals, and processing/disseminating office materials as needed.
