-Grew LDS.net from 60,000 to 700,000 monthly visitors within 18 months-Broke a news story picked up by the Associated Press, among other major news organizations-Generated articles with 18 million page views, saving $9 million over pay per click advertising -Gathered data, and identified statistically significant correlations between writing attributes and page views that we utilized in training, editing, and hiring-Designed, implemented, and trained toward new content quality standards, which grew pages per session from 1.51 to 2.41 and average time on site from 49 seconds to 1 minute and 55 seconds-Secured an ongoing donation for MGF’s website worth more than $120,000 annually.-Proofread over 2500 articles using AP style -Began and developed training materials for LDS.net's internship program. Increased value of intern productivity by more than 3X.-Reduced costs of hiring interns by 31%-Supervised up to 10 interns at a time.

-Edited more than 10,000 words using AP, Chicago, Yahoo, and APA styles.-Tutored students on writing assignments for more than 100 hours. -Sought out opportunities to prepare and present five classroom lectures. Maintained grade book for nearly five hundred students. -Helped design the course syllabus for ENG 252: Research and Design.

I developed, began and ran a reality show style poetry competition at BYU-Idaho. The competition has run for three years. It is the second highest attended talent activity at BYU-Idaho. With semester attendance for last season over 2000. Previous winners have published and toured with their poetry.
