As the Head of Contact Center Hub, I lead our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with partners to equip them with the tools, insights, and solution needed to bring our contact center services to their customers. My role involves scoping opportunities, developing bespoke demonstrations of Contact Center Hub, creating detailed proposal documents with tailored pricing, and providing support to close each opportunity successfully. NFON delivers a comprehensive service from initiation through to go-live, empowering partners with training for ongoing self-sufficiency.

Head of the presales team at NFON UK, working with product management and managing the vendors.Working with partners on large/enterprise opportunities with offering the best solution to fit their customers needs. I help with live demonstrations of the NFON offering from our Cloudya offering, contact centre, Nmonitoring Queues, administration portal, Nvoice for Teams and more.I also work on tenders with our public sector team, helping them with responding to the tenders and presenting at partner days.

I have been involved with the NFON offering for over 9 years now and currently head up the Pre Sales team & product management in the UK. I have had a wide range of roles at NFON – Channel Account Manager, Internal Sales Director, Sales Trainer, Technical Trainer, Solutions Delivery and Exhibitions Presales Manager. My current role includes end user presentations, partner support and helping customers achieve best results with their telephony needs. The Visits are either face to face or webinar. I also setup the demo kit for exhibitions and stay at the stand for the duration at the expo for demos and helping the sales team answer any tricky sales/technical questions. I am also the main presales engineer for large bids and tenders where we recently won a 2500 staff opportunity. Working on the government frameworks and private bids. Recently I have been put in charge of creating and presenting the NFON Academy sales training. I am very passionate about presenting the products, and always conduct a live demo whilst at the customer site. Be that traditional queues and skills, wallboards and statistics, contact centre, call recording, our hospitality suite and much more. I am also creating classroom and online examinations on the NFON portfolio and VAS. I am fully NAEA qualified. My duties include answering the telephone, arranging viewings between the client and viewer, calling viewers to obtain feedback and handling the sending and receiving of faxes for offers. Managing and designing the webpage and updates. Corresponding with clients to ensure accurate representations and applying website updates. Utilising Filezilla (an FTP program) to upload images and virtual tours along with designing floor plans. Creating 3D floor plans and virtual walkthroughs with a program called Metropix. Receiving and assisting clients with negotiating offers via telephone and email. Performing proof of finance checks with the potential buyer. Following on the process, when offers are accepted I am responsible for undertaking money laundering checks on buyers, obtaining solicitors details from both parties, chain details and sending out the memorandum of sale. Assisting with the surveying instruction particulars and dealing with any problems that may arise from the sale.My role involves complete end to end account management to ensure a smooth sales process for the client, minimising the usual stresses associated with property sales by taking proactive responsibility for the whole process. Offer guidance throughout the sales process. Support on a personal level throughout the marketing and sale process, and handle key stages all the way to completion day. Recently I have been handed the responsibility of running a promotional stand at Lakeside Shopping Centre. Here I deal with customers on a face to face basis, informing them all about the company and how we work. Show them how our online system works, why it works and why they should use Housenetwork. This has been extremely successful.
