I am an experienced Workforce Management enthusiast, with a current role as a WFM Manager. My expertise in this field has exponentially grown in the last few years and It’s been an incredible journey climbing my way up to this position. I have extensive call center experience, spanning 14 years.I have supported various projects, including GA Peachcare for Kids, Florida Healthy Kids, North Carolina Unemployment Insurance, and Alabama Pandemic EBT with Maximus and I currently support the World Trade Center Health Plan (WTCHP) program for Managed Care Advisors, a subsidiary of Sedgwick.I made my entry into the call center life with Teleperformance (then called Aegis) as a sales representative, which lasted a short while. I was then hired on as call representative with Maximus in late 2010. Since then I’ve held various roles such as Lead Call Center representative, which serves to assist Team Leads manage their respective teams, including handling escalations and special researches. I was promoted in 2019 as a Real Time Analyst, which consisted of call queue monitoring, real time adherence, and schedule adjustments. This was my first experience in the WFM field, and I’m glad it happened. It’s been an amazing journey where I’ve learned so much and made great connections with people. I’ve grown a deep passion for the analytical aspect and the fast-paced nature of WFM.
