With over 23 years of experience in the auto-manufacturing industry, I have developed and demonstrated core competencies in strategic thinking, hoshin planning, and coaching skills for leaders and management in my career to this point. These skills enabled me to oversee the daily operations for great companies like Nissan, Mazda Toyota manufacturing, also a classic car restoration company, for six months in 2023.In my Leadership and Management roles of Operations, I was responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of the manufacturing process, from sourcing and inspecting the automotive vehicle, to restoring modifying and upgrading classics with modern features and technology. I have led and trained a team of 50 technicians, mechanics, and artisans, who shared my passion and vision for transforming old classics into new masterpieces and also new automotive vehicles. My mission was to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients, and to create a positive, energetic, and highly professional work place.
