• Lead the implementation of a common user interface for our SharePoint environment would federate with our enterprise portal, while provided technical guidance of common SharePoint functionality for my peers. During this time I also began building requirement analyst skills and obtained my Raytheon Six Sigma certification.

• Provided technical leadership for portal development and content management to my organization. As technical lead, I lead the development of Raytheon’s first external portal presence to their supply chain customers.

• Supervised a team of four web designers who created a large portion of the Raytheon Company intranet and internet presences. During this time the team also started implementing ECM systems, streaming web technology and web design best practices into the environment.

• Supported the corporate investor relations team by creating executive level presentations for the CEO of Raytheon. Provided graphic design support for several million dollar government proposals while obtaining a high level government security clearance.
