AOL Video PlayerThe AOL Video Player is a consumer facing application displaying multi-format videos across platforms, along with contextual and editorial data (Web 2.0 AJAX technology). System averages 3.5-4 million page views daily. Developed with JavaScript and dojo.AOL Games ChannelA search-driven consumer site for Video and Online Games, comprised of custom publishing, third party data feeds, and editorial capabilities. Developed with tcl and ADP.Media LibraryCompleted all analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the Media Library, the main interface for multiple business units to view and manage their data as part of the overall Media Ecosystem initiative. Developed with JavaScript, tcl, and ADP.

CompuServe and Netscape Quotes & Portfolio SystemImplemented, maintained and enhanced a Web based Quotes and Portfolio system including user authentication, portfolio retrieval from a secure database, and retrieval of quote data from a third party data feed, using ASP, VBScript, HTML on MS Windows NT/IIS platform. Ported system to Sun Unix/Apache platform using Java and JSP, accessing Sybase database via JDBC and calls to stored procedures. Completed complex migration of Netscape Portfolio system into the CompuServe system, working across seven different groups to achieve success without interruption of service for Netscape users.

CompuServe Shareware RegistrationDesigned and implemented a Web based e-commerce shareware registration system with sole responsibility for the shareware users interface, in which users could search for, purchase, and register shareware. Used ASP, VBScript, and HTML, including micro payments. Data accessed from MS SQL via ODBC and calls to stores procedures.CompuServe Publishing SystemLed research, beta testing, installation, and implementation of the Content Replication Service (CRS) from Microsoft’s IIS as part of CompuServe’s content submission/management system.

Developed, maintained, and enhanced Network billing system, including invoicing and reporting for nearly 500 commercial customers and internal users. Provided support, training, and specialized reporting for internal groups including Accounting, Marketing Support, Financial, and Branch sales and service. Completed migration and redesign of primary Network billing processes from a proprietary Fortran to C, including design and implement of complex access identification logic to improve invoicing accuracy. Conducted complete restructure and rewrite of the system for POS transaction-based billing for clients such as Visa, allowing for increased flexibility and customized billing.
