As a visiting researcher, in partnership between UNINOVE and IPT, within the agreement with FAPESP in the CCD Carbon Neutral Cities program, I will dedicate a few hours of research to structuring models and frameworks for the design, activation and integration of innovation environments and ecosystems with a focus on supporting other initiatives and public policies applied to the interaction between multiple stakeholders such as corporations, companies, governments, teaching and research companies, funding agencies, venture capitals, startups and social organizations that aim to develop new technologies and improve the results of their local environments. With the previous experience acquired in both the private and public environments, I want to support not only the builders of public policies, but also the managers of innovation environments in our country who need to coordinate and develop actions, strengthen their local initiatives for the development of programs and projects, and share the international knowledge acquired in hundreds of national and international interactions of environments in more mature innovation districts. May we build even more! Because innovation environments have the potential to be activators and accelerators of local transformation, but this can only happen successfully when we work together!

Direct contribution to the senior management of one of the largest research institutes in the country, focusing on identifying and developing strategic projects aimed at innovation ecosystems.My work included the creation and operationalization of programs focused on future-oriented technologies and entrepreneurship, in addition to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities.As part of this work: I conducted prospective market analyses on innovation-promoting environments, future-oriented themes, and strategies to expand penetration in emerging markets, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities in these markets; I ensured that execution was in line with the institute's strategic objectives; I built strategic partnerships with other organizations and institutions, strengthening the innovation network and expanding opportunities for collaboration; I prepared strategic and performance analysis reports, highlighting the results and impacts achieved, always in line with the institute's vision for the future and its stakeholders.

As the Chief Innovation Officer, I was responsible for implementing and managing the Innovation Policy at IPT, I led the governance and programs of the IPT Open Experience. My responsibilities included managing innovation projects and specialized technical services, providing technical advice, and transferring technological solutions to companies, startups, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. I worked on creating new public and private partnerships, in addition to developing support programs for micro and small businesses, and technology-based startups, promoting regional economic and social development and training. I focused on interacting with innovation ecosystems, establishing partnerships to foster new businesses, in accordance with IPT's business strategy. I also encouraged the creation and consolidation of innovation-promoting environments through the IPT Open Experience and collaborative projects of the Business Units. I promoted open innovation actions, partnerships with national and international ICTs, and designed guidelines for managing intellectual property and IPT's participation in technology-based ventures. My work also involved organizing the shared use of IPT facilities for joint R&D initiatives. I have immersed myself in open innovation environments in countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, the USA and Israel, visiting more than 52 organizations, strengthening international partnerships and transferring innovation models. I have also redesigned the IPT Open membership modalities, simplifying and digitalizing processes and including new players in the innovation ecosystem. During my tenure, I have coordinated more than 104 innovation-promoting actions, directly impacting more than 5,000 people and hundreds of companies, resulting in a 230% growth in the IPT Open program's contractual volumes, resulting in the attraction of more than R$200 million in private investments in 18 months.
