With over 18 years of experience in higher education, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in curriculum design and development. Some of my achievements include securing a large grant for a student leadership development program, launching a successful online engagement platform, and increasing the retention and graduation rates of underrepresented students. I have a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership from the University of New England and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College. I have also acquired multiple skills and competencies in business development, leadership, and strategic planning. My mission is to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, personal, and professional growth of students. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new opportunities, and share my knowledge and expertise with others.
