There are 3 areas which I am passionate about : Holistic Wellness - mindfulness, fitness, yoga, dance; Empowering & Inspiring others; and Outdoor Experiential learningHOLISTIC WELLNESS - MINDFULNESS, FITNESS, YOGA, DANCEI believe holistic wellness is one of the most important ingredient, be it in individuals, group, corporations or communities. Through yoga, it helps brings our focus back to self and personal well being. Others forms of fitness eg.dance, calisthenics, helps keeps the body healthy, fit and also allows us to access to the ability and inner strength in us. I enjoy facilitating individuals drawing these inner strength out with a combinations of professional facilitation, meditation and teaching of mind body wellness. I am interested to connect with holistic health industry owners or individuals, as well as professionals in the area of empowering others and bring more light to the world. EMPOWERING & INSPIRING OTHERSI believe everyone can be someone's inspiration and enjoy a successful empowered life. I run empowerment workshops to facilitate change by sharing and provides effective tools and methods where they can use in life to help them move forward and cultivate a positive mind during the process. With my travel, I am blessed with the opportunity to facilitate and empower different people from different countries – eg. Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, United States, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia.EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING I believe experiential learning is one of the essential parts of life. I love the sense of adventures, explore new places, blending in the local cultures and people, chilling around the nature by exploring the mountains or diving into the deep blue sea. All these experiences taught me so much more about life and myself. I do outdoor consulting and facilitation eg, for youth camps, and at time adults too!
