He has also helped solve a number of entitlements and development issues involving general plan amendments, rezonings, use permits, development impact fees, infrastructure financing, state land contracts, joint development agreements, easements, plats, community associations, CC&Rs, building permits, eminent domain, and right of way acquisition. Cameron has worked in real estate, construction and land development for over 17 years. He is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was named as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar.
