- Build an energy model based on user consumption patterns to estimate the energy budget for the customers.- Actively research and apply green building technologies and develop programs to improveenergy usage performance and indoor air quality in buildings.- Interact with building users to improve their awareness and capability to utilize various IoTsensors and their collected data.

- Assist in marine laboratory work as required. (Including: operation of multi parameter digital water quality meter, membrane filtration and water sample nutrient analysis)- Assist in seawater and sediment sample collecting.

- Integrating various IoT sensors and their data.- Perform configuration of smart meters.- Quality checking on sites after the installation of smart meters and IAQ sensors.- Conduct research on advanced IAQ sensors.

- Assist in archives and special collections handling, data entry, and digitisation projects using Microsoft Excel and library database software- Provide support to users, answer general enquiries, and tidy up the gallery at closing.- Provide support to research projects in Archives and Special Collections.- Support other tasks as required.
