After working in HR for several years and helping to implement PeopleSoft, I realized that my passion not only for people but also technoolgy. I was responsible for maintaiing a webserver hosting over 20 websites. As a part of this job, I attened various Microsoft Server and IIS trainig seminars.

I worked on various human resources roles. I was a hiring manager, intaking job applications, processing new job requests and conducting preliminary interviews. I also helped to roll out Peoplesoft HR modules in our department and designed queries help look for viable candidates as we transitioned our application processing from our old system to PeopleSoft.
