As an Adjunct Instructor at Salisbury University, I taught personal career planning and internships courses to help students with for their professional and personal development. I have a master's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, post-secondary, and I am a certified Myers Briggs practitioner, with expertise in various career assessment tools.I also have over 20 years of experience in higher education, working as a Program Management Specialist and an Administrative Assistant in the Career Services and Athletics departments. I have extensive technical skills in database management, employer relations, and program management, as well as event planning and office administration. I have coordinated and facilitated large-scale events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and post-season sporting events, involving thousands of students and hundreds of employers. I have also served on various campus-wide search committees and delivered presentations on career development topics to diverse audiences.
