I had the chance to be a part of Panda Aluminum's journey from being a scratch on paper to a producing factory, as a technical supporting engineer to the project management. After commissioning of the whole facility, i continued as the chief engineer responsible of production and planning.My experience in Panda Aluminum includes: • Sheet aluminum industry and aluminum foil milling process • Plant layout design • Design and engineering of accessories for aluminum foil mill • Coordinating construction, erection and commissioning • Site management and relations with contractors • Production planning and process engineering • PLC automation systems and PLC programming • Hydraulic systems • Preparing workshop drawings. I worked in Meysar Robotik, which is KUKA System Partner in Istanbul, for about 1,5 years. My experience in Meysar Robotik includes: • Industrial automation systems • Designing robotic cells for welding, pelletizing and handling applications • Creating 3d animations for customers • Mechanical design of positioners, fixtures and other parts • Manufacturing and assembly of robotic cell accessories in the shop
