IN YOUR LIFE ARE YOU THE SHEEP, SHEPHERD OR THE DOG?Using sheep to help people with communication was a beer mat idea which is now a fast-growing and award-winning enterprise, Raising the Baa.Whilst I have worked with sheep for over 30 years I am insatiably curious about people and have simply combined coaching and mentoring skills with my ovine expertise. Team building with sheep is a truly ewe-nique programme which has challenged teams from such wide-ranging organisations as Jaguar Land Rover, Burnley FC, Iceland/The Food Warehouse, Google and JP Morgan.The question βare you the sheep, the shepherd or dog?β is a component of each client programme and is also the subject of a thought-provoking talk which I regularly deliver to groups of business-people.
