With over 1000 professionals spread across 7 countries, we help global customers in the space of telecommunications, digital services & financial services.Main Focus within the organization as a project Manger • Managing and Coach the team 30+ Project members.• Product team Scrum adoption and training and guidance once required. • Ensure proper coordination and completion of the projects assigned. • Assist in the development and implementation of the project proposals. • Compile data and information relevant to the project and assist in project documentation, presentation, etc. • Ensure that the project is completed satisfactorily adhering to the requirements mentioned in the contract. • constantly monitor and track the progress of the project and maintain all the relevant work details in the form of reports. • Ensuring projects adhere to the process frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately. • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. • Creating and managing long-term project/ Program goals. • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, On Time Delivery, quality, and team performance. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues.

DFN products are deployed in some of the largest financial institutions across the Middle East and South Asia. DFN is also a provider of exchange information to institutions via direct feeds or its DFN workstation, which includes reference data, charting tools, and other content required by both the professional and retail investment community in the Middle East and worldwide. I have been working with DFN as an Associate project manager since 2019 June. Below are some of the responsibilities on my end. • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.• Facilitate team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.• Identify risks associated with the project and take necessary actions proactively. • Facilitate clear stakeholder communication between offshore and onsite teams and end-users. • Coordinate and manage product issues escalated from the customers.• Ensure project commitments are met in the aspect of customer satisfaction, cost, and schedule under the organizational specified guidelines.• Analyze client requirements and clear all the clarifications before moving to the next steps. • Technical and non-technical knowledge sharing to the employees of the organization. • Process re-engineering and process improvements. On the other hand have a fair knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, SQL, XML, Linux/ Windows servers. Currently, I am a DFN fun club member and member of the DFN media club.
