Designed and formulated comprehensive event design/strategy for "Culture Shift," a monthly ticketed series hosted at Forum to foster community unity through introduction of groundbreaking concepts and surprising intersections. Performed tasks related to establishing and assessing mission/vision of program for long-term success. Supported Programming Director in event design, conversation-based programming, and training.Ensured social media presence, community engagement, writing, editing website content, and press releases by deploying effective marketing plans for over 10 Culture Shift events.Hired and trained 22 speakers aimed at bringing together a diverse portfolio of speakers from the Anchorage community while representing Filipino-Athabascan, LGBTQ+, Inupiaq, Deaf, Writers, and Entrepreneur communities. Spearheaded all facets of the International Student Ambassador Program to strengthen collaboration between international students at Ohio Wesleyan and Delaware school community. Performed tasks associated with recruiting and mentoring students with cultural presentations, showcasing in Delaware School District and across Ohio Wesleyan campus. Efficiently coordinated community relations and organized school visits.

Fellowship with the Department of Comparative Literature. It is a three part fellowship that requires me to have an internship, shadow and work with professors each month, and do a project highlighting the importance of Comparative Literature in today's world.My final project was a film festival that I single handed organized, pre and post production. I also guest lectured for a class on Hinduism and Indian culture.

I worked with the Campus Visit Coordinator as a lobby host. I greeted and interacted with prospective students and families, while also taking the role of a tour guide sometimes. I helped organize and manage the waiting room at the university, and organize information packages. I also conducted data entry, and emailed prospective students.

I wrote and edited blogs for the Ohio Wesleyan website. Worked with the digital and social media team to make changes to the website, such as add information, data entry, edit previous content. I was also sent on assignments to cover events around and on campus. I would switch roles between blogger, interviewer, and photographer.

I assisted the Professor of English Literature, Dr. Celia Easton, with her research on Jane Austen. Our focus was Jane Austen and her life in Bath. I worked on electronic text annotation, document scanning, and research. I assisted her with course planning and study of Jane Austen.
