Construction Manager that worked with the SVP of Construction and SVP of Asset Management in putting together design and construction teams for renovations to hotels owned in the Texas market. This includes working with the asset management department to put together a PIP budget, review and monitor all Capex, perform due diligence with the management companies to work on the asset and work with the brand to keep up the standards of the hotel. Projects includes all cyclical renovations to hotel guestrooms, corridors, meeting rooms and public spaces. Additions and new construction to existing facilities. Working with building engineers at each hotel to assist with preventative maintanence issues. Work ranged from 50K to 22 million.
