Authenticity is an inside job. And to get started, you need to be clear on your desires. Not your values. Your desires are much stronger and always searching for a way to express themselves. I’m here to help people get clear on their unique hierarchy of desires so they stop compulsively downloading every “Steal My Formula” course and feeling like garbage because they don't relate to any of those "be your best self by doing these 500 things every day on top of just trying to stay alive".
