Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Current• Develop and implement evidenced-based treatment plans to promote growth, development, and rehabilitation for children 0-21 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses• Supervise and educate Level II and Level I OT/OTA students, as well as provide observation opportunities to nursing and medical students• Serve as Super User for transition to the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system. Duties include: documentation template development/modification, review of processes/policies, liaison to administrative departments and with EPIC staff • OT Team Leader: manage operations and act as a liaison for the pediatric OT team to management, including: obtaining supplies, communicating OT needs to management staff, drafting and implementing policies/procedures, etc.• Assist with on-board training and supervision of new OT team hires and assist team members with technical and procedural issues
