In my role as a pediatric occupational therapist, I have worked toward becoming an expert in child development, family-centered care, community resources, and specialization in neonatal development and treatment. My goal is to enhance the relationship between children and their families through the development of occupations of daily living and engagement in their community. A long-term goal of mine is to become a community leader that engages children and their families in developing relationships, daily occupations, promote health/wellness, and community involvement. I am a Certified Neonatal Therapist. I hold a certification in Neonatal Touch and Massage (NTMTC). I have served my community as a member of the 2017-2018 Leadership Spartanburg class and on the Leadership Spartanburg Alumni Board from 2018-2021. I recently participated as a Subject Matter Expert for the Neonatal Therapist Certification Board.
