• Teaches Mathematics, English, Programming, and Science to 10+ students of all ages via Zoom and in-person.• Adapts curriculum based on student needs to develop knowledge and improve their test scores by up to 20%.• Identifies common mistakes and develops targeted practice sets for students to fix these errors through practice.• Guides students with College Application essays and develops students’ ability to construct narratives in writing, several have been accepted at UC San Diego, UC Irvine, and other prestigious universities.• Motivates students to advance up to 2 years beyond their current writing abilities through different writing prompts and example papers that they can emulate to learn improved writing strategies.

• Leads team during practices and tournaments, building on our last season where we placed 2nd out of 12 teams in the region as the 6th seed.• Plans 3+ weekly practices, workouts, and monthly tournament registration for the team.

• Organized travel logistics and finances for tournaments and team activities including hotels, rental vans, and gas, saving hundreds of dollars for the team over the course of the season.• Balanced budget and reimbursements for 20+ members who made team expenses over the year to expedite reimbursements.

• Maintained pool and safety of its users for the Stanford Community - Students, Faculty, Summer Camp Participants, Special Events.• Attended monthly training to maintain and strengthen physical preparedness and learn new techniques as required by The American Red Cross.• Worked at the 2018 Water Polo Junior Olympics, 2019 U.S. Swimming Nationals, and other high-profile events to ensure competitions ran smoothly, with up to 5 simultaneous events in 3 different pools.
