What I believe ....Embracing diversity with a curious mind and a love for learning has been one of the key drivers in my life. I believe that a positive mindset, a passion for learning and the courage to 'take that first step forward’ has resulted in my career accomplishments from designer to communications to people development. Connections is also something that energizes me - connecting to people who inspire me, connecting to my deeper core, connecting people to each other.What I have accomplished ...I have worked and resided in Hong Kong, Melbourne, Macau, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai and this exposure has been crucial in my ability to be adaptable, adopt a global mindset and achieve professionally within cultural diversified environments. Prior to establishing myself in the people development field, I specialised in marketing and public relations in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. I facilitate a diverse range of workshops – from Leadership Development to Team Development; from Diversity & Inclusion to Organisation Culture. Equipped with a diverse range of processes and tools, I am proficient in utilizing experiential learning, virtual workshop delivery, Team Coaching approach and a certified practitioner for the following tools - Insights Discovery (UK), Innogreat’s ‘In and Out of The Box’ and Heartstyles (UK). My coaching certification includes COACH U (USA) and HKU Space’s Executive Diploma of Corporate Coaching (HK). What I have to give ...Simply put, I thrive in creating safe and trusting environments for teams to have impactful conversations, gain understanding, develop empathy and drive results through behaviour change.
