Operations Executive and Change Management Leader with more than 15 years of proven leadership and business management experience both in the military and corporate environments. After getting my start as an active duty signal officer in the US Army. After four years, I transitioned into the reserves and began my civilian career. Throughout my career I have focused on two main things, people and processes. First, people are all companies’ most important assets. Without them, there is no business. There is no profit. I believe in the power of building revenue, profit, motivation by developing and strengthening individuals and teams. This requires diligence in training people on business objectives as well as process, empowering them to make the right decisions at their levels and encouraging them to ask questions. My greatest achievements have been mentoring employees to realize their potential and get promoted. Secondly, I am believe in the power of process. Growing up in the professional world as a project manager, I quickly learned how critical it is to develop and document processes.
