• Lead the Monthly S&OP Meeting, align the demand with supply which can support the business sales & development plan• Perform Demand Forecast for all SKUs (~80) and improve the Forecast Accuracy• Analysis and identify the improvement project such as Freight Forwarder Review, Haulage arrangement• Budget Control for the Logistics Expenses• Monitor the performance of 3PL and maintain the service standard such as casefile rate • Facilitate New Production Development Process by working with Sales & Marketing Department and Suppliers

• Monitor the SKUs for Japanese Chain Restaurant, including Genki & Senryo Stores• Review the demand forecast, perform order planning and inventory management to support the business growth. • Handle day-to-day store complaints regarding order & supplier management, food quality and logistics issues. Centralize the complaints and restructure the handling workflow to build up a responsive mechanism.• Coordinate with procurement, 3PL logistics functions to ensure order fulfilment, on time delivery to stores and to improve customer satisfaction on logistics services. • Work closely with marketing, procurement, operation departments to follow the flow of menu rotation and meet the tight schedule.• Perform data analysis on procurement and logistics services level performance for management review.• Compile food cost analysis report to identify the alternative sourcing priority• Handle and assist cross-functional and/or projects to improve supply chain efficiency, e.g. Establish the Demand Forecasting Template of non-food SKUs

• Monitor and control the inventory level of Red Wine from USA, Canada, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Italy, Spain and Portugal (over 2,000 SKUs)• Generate the Demand Plan and perform stock replenishment to achieve corporate inventory targets and service level• Monitor Order Processing and liaise with suppliers on shipment scheduling, keep updating the status of POs to all relevant parties• Handle shipment arrangement and documents• Handle order related issues such as shipment delay and problem wine received, and to take corrective action promptly• Monitor and work with the 3PL forwarder for the overseas forwarding and local delivery • Compile various KPI Reports to keep track the inventory status, include forecast accuracy report, slowing moving items report, goods return report from Retail Shops and the service level report of 3PL forwarder• Verify system data and ensure the data accuracy

• Handle Key account for both Overseas and Chinese customers, including sales, order processing, delivery and complaints• Business development in China and South East Asia Region through periodic business trip such as Thailand and others province in China • Follow up orders with E-commerce Customers and ensure orders fulfillment• Liaise with suppliers for the orders arrangement• Reorder products in a timely basis, forecast the demand of materials and coordinate with Sales team to arrange promotion for slow moving items • Cooperate with manufacturing dept. to arrange the job orders and delivery scheduling• Generate the Weekly and Monthly KPI reports for data analyze and follow up

• Handle the Light Railway Vehicles & Tuen Mun Bus Stock Items • Control the inventory level and strive a balance between the Stock Availability and Stockholding • Perform the stock replenishment according to the BOM List and verify the change of demand (Over 7,000 SKUs)• Act as a coordinator to link up the Procurement Dept. and Maintenance Dept., translating and clarifying the requirements to each other• Prepare monthly Inventory Reports to keep close monitor on item status• Lead the process improvement team to identify the improvement area• Plan, organize and implement Ad-hoc projects such as Stocktaking, MTRC Race Walking 2010 and Departmental VMV Workshop
