Condé Wellness is owned and operated by Chris Condé in Lugoff, SC. Our specialty is body sculpting and toning through weight-based training techniques--in a small group setting. At Condé Wellness we take the guesswork out of your fitness “prescription”....let us do all of the thinking— you just show up! We focus on Small Group Personal Training in 1hr sessions. Condé Wellness is very active in the local community with a local health and wellness initiative through the Kershaw County Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Within this Health Improvement Plan, Condé Wellness’ area of focus is geared towards Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL). The goal of HEAL is to increase healthy lifestyles among families countywide in order to decrease the obesity epidemic. *Families include ALL adults, children and elderly within the community.
