Support the External Communications team through managing seven social platforms for three companies that includes writing daily posts, monitoring and writing responses across all platforms. Develop and maintain an annual social strategy that aligns with the company mission. Report on quarterly social metrics and adjust the social plan as needed to promote high engagement. Broadcast company digital signage to job sites across the country. Assist with website updates and troubleshooting.

Support Quality Administrators with project assignments, schedule meetings and action item distribution. Update project data sources for utilization within the company mobile form solution application. Produce Quality Plans and Programs as requested by the Legal department. Create and maintain SiSense Dashboards for the Quality Department and distribute weekly dashboards to project teams. Generate additional manual reports as requested by Administrators and Project Teams. Assist with validating Quality data.

- Responsible for all areas marketing, advertising and social media within the company as well as coordinating shows and vending opportunities.- Manage and update website regularly.- Manage all communication relating to donation request including promoting gifts on social media.- Write, manage, monitor and communicate with the online community via all corporate social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and Pinterest, etc.- Coordinate development, design, printing & distribution of collateral/marketing materials.
