• Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time • Create, maintain and/or govern elements of the Technical Package (technical instructions, programs, tooling, etc.) which clearly define the manufacturing process and control it effectively. • Capture and analyze data to demonstrate the current and future capability of manufacturing processes • Work with interfacing teams (Research & Technology, Design, Plant Teams, etc.), partners and suppliers to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes are understood and accounted for as required• Resolve technical problems • Identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes to meet current or future requirements • Ensure the change to product method or source is controlled appropriately in the supply chain • Manage and maintain the integrity of business related data in support of manufacturing processes (e.g. Product Cost data, Operation Times)  • Identify and share best practice; capture and utilize lessons learned • Plan and manage activities, communicating current status to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all legal requirements (regulatory, HS&E, etc.) & customer requirements • Ensure product integrity for component or system is delivered through alignment of Method of Manufacture with Design Intent by interfacing with appropriate Design Engineering organization• Awarded "High Performance" in 2019 & 2020 PDR

• Industrialize new repair procedures (Developing work instructions, conducting trials, submitting Qualification Packages).• Initiate, evaluate, select and/or develop new equipment and new repair technologies• Provide leadership and take ownership of assigned special processes to enhance robustness, efficiency and productivity.• Responsible for new capital equipment and facilitates recommendation, revaluation, selection, installation and commissioning• Lead and qualify development or new repairs that will be approved by Engineering• Develop an aggressive continuing cost reduction program on the assigned special processes for all applicable products• Interface with and support other units to ensure a totally integrated and effective approach to overall business plans and strategies• Generate and maintain adequate technical records of the experiments and parametric studies leading to documented processes• Assist supervisors and production employees in resolving manufacturing process problems.• Conduct training, process planning, evaluates operating methods, selects controls, and specifies tools, fixtures, and gages.• Monitoring process health and yield, and drive the reduction of defects.• Execute manufacturing related quality planning activities to ensure the quality system compliance and conducting the RCA for quality issues.• Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive EHS, quality, cycle, productivity and process improvements• Provide manufacturing method development and improvement for current and new products.

General Duties • Analysed and evaluated the latest welding and NDT related equipment available in the current market• Gathering commercial quotations from vendors to come up with a budgetary estimation • Initiated technical discussions with each manufacturer, and then proposed a list of suitable equipment according to project specific requirements• Analysed and did a comparison of commercial proposals, and then creating an automated excel sheet for easy comparison• Proposals’ cost captured and to advise estimating project cost for bidding purposes• Tendered and won an intra-group services proposal to headquarter in France• Capturing information from plan on pipeline and recording the parameters on a matrix before determining the amount of materials required for the Welding Procedure Qualification Test, Welding Qualification, NDT qualification and during project execution• Amount of materials determined then used to draft a Request For Quotation to subcontractors• Recorded the time and motion study of a project, and did a comparison of performance against past performance• Data from time and motion study was extracted and used for the welding rate of pipelines estimation for tendering• Verifying blueprints to ensure materials requirements is sufficient• Did a study on current pipeline manufacturing methods and presented the findings internally within the department• Analysed an safety incident and conducted a safety toolbox discussion within the department• Analysed and compared the parameters of various vessels used in this industry• Organizing and execution of project welder qualification• Analysed project requirements and came up with a project specific MTO for WPS, WPQT and Execution phase. Achievements• Project Deltahouse completed offshore campaign 2 weeks ahead of schedule. • Attained an “Exceed Expectations” rating in performance appraisal (2014).• Recommended for promotion within 18 months.
