During my time at SuperDry I have gained plenty of experience, not only customer service excellence but store management and budgeting efficiency. My position here as a lead was to keep labor costs down as I overlooked and took charge of the sales associates we had overall in the store. My position as a leader allowed me to train new hires and have them effectively learn our system, while demonstrating how to regularly give positive experiences to our customers. Along with leadership skills I have gained, I have also exceeded store sales through active promotion and customer interaction.
