Based in Herndon, VA, Christopher is a talent acquisition leader where he leads a team of professionals focused on talent acquisition sourcing channels at Mantech.Prior to Mantech, Christopher led university relations and recruiting at Northrop Grumman. Christopher has also been Director of Talent Management at TVA where he focused on delivering progressive solutions in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, Leadership Programs & Assessments, as well as Performance Management and Succession Planning. He was formerly Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Booz Allen Hamilton where over ten years he oversaw a variety of talent programs including university, diversity, military, and employee referral programs. He led efforts in employment marketing and social recruiting. He obtained his Change Management Advanced Practitioner Certification through Georgetown University. He is active with the National Association of Colleges and Employers serving as Co-Chair of Recruiting Standards task force (2022-2024), Past-President (2020-2021) President (2019-2020), President-Elect (2018-2019), Vice President, Employer (2016-2018) and on the 2012-2014 NACE Board of Directors, co-chairing committees and has presented at a variety of conference workshops on both university and diversity topics. Christopher has held a number of recruiting and consulting roles within the consulting, entertainment, and non-for-profit industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
