Managing financial operations of an 80-person sports team by creating and maintaining an annual budget, liaising with the UBC Alma Mater Society to submit grant applications, and monitoring over $30,000 cash flow from team fees, fundraising, and payments for team merchandise orders. Collaborated with the administrative team and Dragon Boat BC to negotiate sponsorship conditions, ensuring financial needs were met to support practice, equipment, and competition expenses.

Overseeing a department of seven coordinators to carry out sponsorship outreach for the AUS's nine portfolios. I directed the internal development of the Purple Card to digitize, streamline, and concretize the program under a tight deadline. I also led meetings with faculty Engagement Officers, local business owners, and corporate representatives to help secure 13 partnerships during the summer and 750+ registrants in five days.

Acquired event and program sponsorships for nine portfolios under the AUS. Obtained over $2,300 worth of monetary, food, and voucher donations from local businesses such as the UBC Bookstore, The Hive, East Van Muay Thai, and Modo Yoga. Aided in the revitalization of the Purple Card Program, a faculty-wide discount program for Arts students, by initiating and closing agreements with businesses like HerbaLand and LEAF Cafe.

Responsible for promoting the Port Authority by implementing outreach activities at community events across the Lower Mainland, such as Canada Together and the West Vancouver Cultural Festival. Served as the first point of contact for the general public to answer questions about the organization's trade objectives, environmental efforts, and upcoming infrastructural projects like Robert Banks Terminal 2 and the Burnaby Rail Corridor.
