We help teams transform data from signals (e.g. Street View) to assertions to edits to keep Google's digital real world model fresh, detailed and comprehensive.Previously the PM for the internal metadata platform for Alphabet which provides infrastructure for ingesting, storing, indexing and serving metadata and lineage. The platform serves time-sensitive and high-volume traffic from Google’s query engines for internal data assets across API, SQL and GUI. Supports key use cases for understanding the flow of data, provenance and governing data. Drove the vision, roadmap and strategy for the team. Worked with clients to align on requirements and provide input into the engineering design to ensure we built user focused features.

Led a team of four analysts. Set a clear and ambitious agenda for the team, prioritized key efforts based on business context and impact. Articulated clear responsibilities for each member of the team and held the team accountable for overall execution and results. Managed key efforts in the HR Analytics ecosystem. • Security lead and launch Project Manager for the development and implementation of “Org Overview,” a suite of Google dashboards, designed for HR Business Partners to provide a holistic view of their client orgs. 30-day usage shows Org Overview is used by 600+ individuals with over 7,000 views. ~200 people visit each week. • Completed assessments of multiple teams across HR to evaluate the state of the data publishing landscape. Presented recommendations and next steps to Analytics leads and HR VPs. Guided my team to deliver feedback to each of the teams we assessed, and plan next steps. • Led the design and execution of the Org Overview pilot for HR Executives. Provided dashboard access to 19 HR leaders and conducted live focus groups with 7 leaders to collect feedback and assess extending access beyond HR. • Led the project management of script, pipeline and table development for the Org Health project. Created business justification cases and coordinated access for additional sensitive data domains. Ensured that team completed all necessary compliance training to obtain access. Provided guidance for user acceptance testing, metrics definition, feature requests and quality assurance testing.

Developed, maintained and secured the Google HR data warehouse, dashboards and reports used by thousands of internal users. Supported the migration of Google HR to Workday.• Developed an Emergency Contacts dashboard to improve the availability and accuracy of Googlers’ contact details to ensure better preparedness in emergencies. • Created tables and scripts to enable users to self-service data from Workday via SQL.• Developed and led SQL training for querying HR data for hundreds of users globally.• Project Workday: designed, built and deployed 40 custom reports to add real-time and self-service reporting to existing capabilities for clients spanning several groups at Google, including payroll, legal, security, HR, communications and vendor management.• Led Workday performance testing to optimize 25 poorly-performing reports, decreasing execution times by an average 58%.• Led user-facing report development and developed a guide to document and share best practices for building optimized reports to ensure a positive user experience and balanced system performance.• Developed expertise in Google’s HR data including headcount tracking, vacations, leaves, staffing, performance, etc. Worked with various groups to deliver requested data. All requests delivered to exacting specifics and with appropriate data security checks. Averaged 47 interactions per month.
