CurrentDevelop and manage more Junior Level Procurement members.Work collaboratively with assigned organizations to fulfill the procurement needs and requirements of product development or mass product projects and activities.Manage team to place, process, and follow up on orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules.Manage team to work cross-functionally in resolving purchasing and procurement related issues between Factories and Vendors.Manage, approve, and resolves RMA, Credit Memo, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and invoice issues with Vendor.Complies with purchasing policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the best prices with most optimum delivery and quality of materials, supplies, and equipment while enhancing their efficiency.Communicate and train purchasing activities in compliance with procurement standards, controls, and ethical business practices.Manages the resources of the SAP system to initiate and monitor the purchase requisitions and purchase orders, backlog management, invoicing, material management, pricing.Manages on-time delivery, logistics, custom clearance, and inventory with team.Communicate and train to ensure work within company and regulatory guidelines.Manage vendor Quarterly Business Reviews and support with Vendor price and quality negotiations.Manage preparing market analysis and industry analysis reports within the team.Supervise market situation in relation to assigned project and acquire global SCM visibility.Manage Sourcing activities for cost competitiveness and technology competitiveness.Management of team execution for conflict minerals non-usage by suppliers by obtaining non-use agreements and CMRT survey periodically, and lead on-site inspection as necessaryManage team execution for comprehensive supplier evaluation process performed annually to assess the competitive edge of suppliers and to control sustainability risks
