In my previous role in the Management Development Program: Claims, I was on the fast track to management in the claims department. I started in the Customer Service Representative role where I was trained to read and interpret insurance contracts. I used this knowledge to create initial claims reports and investigate/service 100% fault/nofault claims. Then I was promoted to Telephone Claims Representative where I investigated upper level and complex claims. In this role I learned to negotiate claims between multiple providers, learned and participated in the arbitration process, and worked closely with other teams including auto damage adjusters, SIU and. This role was an independent role with strict goals, and was a remote position. I was able to demonstrate my ability to take accountability, work independently, with minimal supervision.
Management Development Program: Service
The Management Development Program for the Service Department was a fast track to Management. I completed the program in 2020. In this role I spent 6 months completing training and working the entry level service representative position. Then I spent 2 months working with the Performance Management Team listening to phone calls, and grading based on state regulation and company standards. In this role I also created resources and training materials for the entire service department. My next role was working directly with a Service Supervisor and a team of 10 agents. During this time I was directly in charge of the agents metrics, coaching, and attendance. I became an expert in using Workday, and Power BI. I was responsible for having all crucial conversations with the agents regarding performance, HR concerns, attendance, coaching, etc. During this time I was able to lead the team as the top performing team in the region for 2 months in a row, and I also participated in the company's Intern Program where I was a director mentor to a college Intern for the summer. My last rotation was training a brand new team of agents both in a classroom and out on the floor. I was directly responsible for a team of 5 and was able to lead them to their next part of their journey.

Negotiating, planning and executing various trips, vacations and outings with clients and their families. •Maintaining Training in G-tube medication and nutrition administration, scip training, first aid and cpr, and training in human development and services. •Managing financial records of each client and budget for each team. Analyzing the amount spent for each team and how to make better business decisions based on each team budget.

Working directly with Citi Bank to ensure the satisfaction of all of our members.
