I started off as a Claims Processor for all the VAs processing authorized and unauthorized medical claims for eligible veterans. I then was promoted to a Customer Service Representative. In this role, I am assisting veterans, medical providers, and the Veterans Health administration with payment for medical claims. It is my duty to ensure hospitalization complies with VA emergency room regulations for payment eligibility. My purpose is to reduce the likelihood of denials with an expedited payment process tailored to the need of the client.
