I’m always looking to advance my knowledge and network in the digital health space and to continue to grow the following skills: strategic visionary, cross-functional team leader, digital health, health and wellness, wearable devices, diagnostics and more. I have used these skill to:- create 16 health and wellness products- deliver 61 oral and poster presentations at leading biomedical and health conferences and 12 peer-reviewed and invited publications- deliver 523 personal and professional development presentations and trainings, and 36 5-15-week engineering and product design in-person and remote workshops- mentor 128 undergraduate students, graduate students, postdocs, staff and faculty- manage 39 technical and non-technical staff collaborating on 23 projects I am a product inventor, strategist and developer with experience leading R & D and product efforts. I’m also a product development expert with a passion for life-long learning seeking new challenges to expand knowledge and contribute expertise to create and improve technologies in the health and wellness space.In addition, I have the following skills and experiences:- Cross-functional collaborator with experience guiding B2B and B2C SaaS clients through design thinking methodologies to improve existing or envision new products to meet their user needs, as evidenced by successfully leading 11 team members to launch a new remote patient monitoring technology. - Expert innovator with experience designing, developing and validating creative solutions to health and wellness problems, as evidenced by the creation of 16 different impactful digital health and medical device products and the training of 165 teams in the human-centered design process.- Experience in product development including defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and go to market strategy, as evidenced by leading 23 project teams in user and customer research, market analysis, product design, product development, and product testing efforts.I want to contribute to organizations that prize community, creativity and curiosity among its employees.
