Built and led team of 150+ consisting of EHS, Facilities, Infrastructure, and Launch teams; responsible for:- Design, build and operations of Cape Canaveral & Vandenberg launch sites and control centers, including all fluids and mechanical systems, structural, civil, electrical, ground control software, and integration and launch operations- Air Force, Space Force and FAA interactions & licensing (Launch License, etc.)- All Real Estate negotiations and transactions- Design & build-out of Relativity’s new 1MM+ SF HQ & Factory spaces- Stennis Terran R Test Complex design & build- Daily facility operations - Environmental, Health & Safety operations

Leading Launch (Engineering & Operations), Infrastructure, Facilities, Logistics / S&R, EH&S, and Security. Responsible for procuring and build-out of new 120k SF office & factory in Long Beach.

Responsible for building out the Launch organization and for securing Complex 16 with the Air Force.

Responsible for all comms and interface with the Air Force, Space Force, and FAA, as well as initiating all discussions and obtaining acceptance of the Terran Launch Program onto Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg. Setup initial framework and concepts for launch site and operations requirements.

Responsible for Virgin Orbits launch sites and led Launch Operations team through Prop and Stage Testing along with launch site hardware build and training leading up to First Flight.

Collaborated with Chief Engineer, Propulsion Leads and Vehicle Team for development of QCs, QDs and test operations and lead technical advisor for Launch group

Worked with the Advanced Projects team under the Launch Group as an 'Internal consultant' to bring projects back into scope and implement corrective actions to make deadlines and/or budget, provide training, mentorship, auditing and analysis support across various groups and disciplines, as well as worked hands on with several notable projects: SpaceX Hyperloop, Umbilical Test Setup and Testing, BFR Composite Tank Pressure and Cryo Proof Testing, Recovery System and Hardware Development (Droneships and Fairing Recovery), Initial design concepts of 'soon to be' World's largest Autocalve

Managed teams of engineers and technicians for the design, build, and upgrades of Launch Sites and Recovery Systems, including design and implementation of F9v1.2 Launch Vehicle Ground Support Systems upgrades for LC-40 and SLC-4E, design, coordination and build of Manned Flight Launch Vehicle Ground Support Systems for LC-39A, & design and duild of Falcon 1st Stage Ocean Going Recovery Platform (v1.0)

Co-founder of Innate Innovations, Inc. (i^3), working as early-stage technology incubator and technical engineering consulting. Primarily focused on energy systems, with consulting extending to much broader engineering disciplines. Worked to develop new, cost effective alternative energy systems, both through internally developed concepts and through partnering with other alt-energy entrepreneurships.

Managed the expansion and development of new products focused on lumbosacral-iliac fixation, as well as worked to performed market research to determine best product path forward. Led implementation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies of analysis in company; notably getting company to adopt use of FEA.

Responsible Engineer (RE) for demolition of original launch complex infrastructure, design and build of SLC-4E GSE, including engineering design, procurement, fabrication, and direction of technicians for Fuel (RP-1), Helium, and Engine Ignition (TEA-TEB) Systems

Managed multiple contracts ranging from $10k to $1M for cases studies, testing, design and build of various test fixtures and hardware for multiple customers. Projects inclusive of test fixture design and test operations for Northrop Grumman Corporations Global Hawk UAV Flight Vehicle, development and and testing of Hydrogen-Oxygen catalytic thrusters, zero-g cryogenic propellant management devices, slosh and anti-vortex analysis, as well as supported initial design for LP-0A for Orbital's Antares launch site at Wallops.

Founder and inventor of solar thermal water purification system, with company goal being to develop a novel alternative energy system that would bring clean water to the world , specifically through concentrated solar. Provided technical expertise for company through initial rounds of Angel & VC Funding as well as led and developed technology architecture for the company.

- Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Machinist- Development & build of concentrated solar thermal energy system for power production- Supported day-to-day operations and testing of the High-Temperature Supersonic Jet Facility, Short-Take-Off Vertical Landing (STOVL) Facility, and High Pressure Blow Down Facilities- Research Assistant for Hot Jet Facility (Jet Engine Simulation) for development, build, and testing of microjet injection noise reduction techniques at subscale in anechoic chamber and full-scale testing on flight hardware at the Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center- Worked with advising professor to implement a new Alternative Energy Research Lab for the University
