Complementing this, I hold a Management Degree in Finance from the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge.My professional journey has been marked by several entrepreneurial and leadership roles, my latest at NIELSEN Business Coaching & Development Ltd. In my role as a Professional Business Coach and Certified Extended DISC Facilitator, I built and grew successful business coaching and consulting practice. Collaborating with 50 business owners and leaders, I was privileged to play a pivotal role in enhancing Human Resources and teams, operations, financials, leadership, and organizational health for many small businesses. In one case I facilitated a 10x growth in a clients' revenue within 1.5 years.My commitment to professional development extends to my role as the Executive Director of the Professional Business Coaches Association, Canada. During my time, I achieved a notable 30% increase in membership and substantially improved brand reputation, awareness, and cash, through enhanced marketing and sales strategies. Collaborating with the Board, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to achieve both short and long-term objectives, fostering growth and engagement.Prior to this, my entrepreneurial spirit blossomed as the new Owner of Green Leaf Lawnscapes Ltd. Here, I boot-strapped, developed, and led a 7-member team. My multifaceted approach included building distinct divisions, managing financials, and executing an award-winning business plan. Notably, I secured 2nd place and $5,000 in a business plan competition, helping fully catalyze the launch of this construction landscaping and snow plowing company.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am committed to service, having served as a Community Leader of a local organization. Helping lead a 400+ member group, I provided advice on member servicing, leadership enhancement, process improvement, financial oversight, and workload reduction.
