Managed the Boston 2008 inaugural job placement conference for field of student affairs, which hosted 1169 candidates and 809 positions, providing a record 10463 interviews; Initiated new placement services, including educational workshops and pre-event online candidate forums; Served as a member of the 2008 NASPA Annual Conference Planning Committee; Presented “Navigating The Placement Exchange” extended candidate orientation prior to the Seattle 2009 event

Advised seven committees of campus programming board (Concerts, Lectures, Comedy, Campus Events, Films, University Events, and Publicity); Managed and approved expenditures and revenues for $270,000 programming board budget; Served as campus College Bowl tournament director and acting 2004 Region 11 tournament director; Allocated student fees to requesting student organizations via university committee

Informed students of judicial process and student rights via pre-hearing conferences; Conducted administrative hearings to determine student responsibility and assign appropriate sanctions; Advised science and technology lecture committee and managed $18,000 budget; Advised Variety Show, annual talent showcase held during Parents’ Weekend 2001; Advised and mentored student-athletes regarding academic, NCAA, and Big XII regulations; Evaluated prospective student-athlete transcripts to verify that coursework and academics fulfilled NCAA standards
