    Accountable for the performance of a 14-person Business Development team located among five offices throughout the country. Responsible for providing marketing, sales and business development support to the field based Account Managers and the retailers they support.• Managed one of DISH Network’s largest independent retailers from September 2008 - September 2009. Effectively built relationships with various levels of the retailer’s organization and made improvements to their business practices, thus increasing revenue for both the retailer and the company.• Retailer’s churn rate improved from 3% to 2.15%, resulting in approximately 1,700 customers per month saved, or $100,000 in revenue savings per month• Retailer’s completion percentage on new customer installations improved from 68% to 86%, resulting in an additional 1,200 new customers per month, or an additional $70,000 per month in revenue• Responsible for building a Retailer Mall Kiosk program and a Retailer Events program from the ground up. These were two of the largest, most visible and successful initiatives from 2010 through 2012.• Retailer Mall Kiosk program has produced 12,000 incremental new customers since June 2010, which is an additional $720,000 per month in revenue• Retailer Events program resulted in retailers selling DISH Network at over 6,500 events from 2010 and 2012, producing over 60,000 new subscribers, which now represents about $3.6 million per month in incremental revenue• Since becoming a National Sales Manager, 10 of my direct reports have been promoted.

This was achieved with only 50% of the sales staff of the other regional offices.• While Regional Sales Manager, three of my direct reports were promoted.• Promoted to National Sales Manager.
