- Create, present, and implement strategic initiatives for senior leadership for optimizing business needs into technology information management systems.- Lead IT Development Team in best practices, continual improvement, and professional development initiatives.- Integrate solutions across various cloud platforms and applications with custom built applications within the organization.- Communicate technical designs, associated business impacts, and budgetary effects to senior leadership.- Develop and implement an Academy Management application handling all aspects of establishing, defining, managing and tracking Prison Fellowship Academies.- Drive process and automation to reduce recurring costs of the organization.- Establish procedures and processes to work project goals, standardize and optimize inter-department communication, and track/communicate progress in a timely manner.- Ensure project plans are established with realistic goals.- Integrate disparate systems and technologies into a cohesive architecture to maximize flexibility and value of information within the organization.- Create environment of growth and achievement in the IT team.
