I was the Performance and Quality Manager for AT&T Mobility call center operations client. I was managing 22 supervisors and over 500 call taking agents in a virtual call center. My responsibilities included defining business process, organizing scheduling, creating and implementing quality control systems and systems for staffing and training for supervisors. I also created best practices documentation and procedures. My leadership, industry knowledge, technical acumen and performance contribution helped Arise to become a top 3 AT&T call center Nationwide.
