Professional career: I'm an engineer with much experience in data analysis. I've worked as an independent consultant for more than 10 years. I have been part of projects in many industries such as Telecommunications, Retail, Banks, mining, and Healthcare. Additionally, I'm an expert evaluator of grant funds provided by CORFO Chile in R&D projects. Lecturer career: I'm a lecturer at University of Chile since 2016. I've teach Data Mining and Data Science courses in MBE program, Statistics in Industrial Engineering undergrad program and in Master of Data Science (MDS) program. I was also a lecturer at Data Science project course in the MDS program. In 2022 I founded an EdTech with 3 partners to empower women in data science through applied bootcamps (X-Academy). Academic career:I'm a PhD student in Engineering Systems at the University of Chile. My thesis is in applications of Machine Learning methods for management problems in the Chilean Healthcare System. I was a collaborator in a public funded project (FONDEF) of Advanced methods for medication error.
